Sihanoukville: Police in Sihanoukville have arrested three suspects, one of whom was an owner of a car garage involved in trying to steal a car in front of a resident's house in Sangkat 3 in Sihanoukville.
Preah Sihanouk Provincial Police chief Major General Chuon Narin confirmed the morning, of December 21, 2022, they arrested three suspects after the owner of the car reported to authorities that one of the suspects, driving a black Prius and armed with a handgun, and the two other suspects used a tow truck to try to steal his black Dodge Challenger parked in front of his house, which was broken down because of an accident and awaiting spare parts.
The Sihanoukville Provincial Police immediately issued a search warrant and arrested two suspects in the tow truck and the garage owner for questioning at the Police office.
